Nutriday AI (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") understands the importance of your personal information to you, and your trust is very important to us. We will protect your personal information and privacy security in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and with reference to industry best practices. We have prepared this "Privacy Policy" and specifically remind you: we hope you will carefully read and understand this Privacy Policy before using Nutriday AI and its related services so that you can make appropriate choices.

This Privacy Policy will help you understand: we will collect and use your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, but we will not forcibly bundle and collect personal information in a blanket manner merely because you agree to this Privacy Policy. When you use or enable certain functions or use our services, we will collect and use relevant information as necessary to achieve the functions and services. Except for information necessary to achieve business functions or as required by laws and regulations, you may refuse to provide such information without affecting other functions or services. We will explain the information to be collected item by item in this Privacy Policy.

Microphone, photo album (storage), and Bluetooth permissions are not enabled by default. They will only be used to achieve specific functions or services after your explicit authorization, and you may also withdraw such authorization. In particular, even if you authorize us to obtain these sensitive permissions, we will not collect your information when the relevant function or service does not require it. 1. How We Collect and Use Personal Information

We collect information you actively provide when using our services, as well as information generated through automated means during your use of functions or acceptance of services, in the following ways:

1.1 Registration and Login

(a) When you register and log in to Nutriday AI and its related services, you may create an account and complete registration using your mobile phone number. The mobile phone number is necessary information to fulfill the real-name requirements under applicable laws and regulations. If you do not provide a mobile phone number for registration and login, we may be unable to provide you with functions such as AI conversation.

1.2 Intelligent Conversation

(a) We provide you with conversation and interaction services based on generative artificial intelligence model technology. To provide such services, we may collect information you actively input (including text or voice), content instructions, your behavioral information when using the model (including your clicks, browsing, editing, and other operation records), and the feedback you provide (including likes, dislikes, and submitted feedback). In addition, with your authorization we may analyze your skin condition and related personal information based on your photos, and we will keep such personal information strictly confidential. We will analyze and compute the above information to better understand your questions and context so as to provide you with more relevant content (including text or audio/video). You may use the "Usage Notes" to learn about the basic principles, purposes, and main operating mechanisms of the model technology used by Nutriday AI.

(b) On the premise that the data is securely encrypted, strictly de-identified, and cannot be re-identified to a specific individual, we may use the data we collect and the corresponding responses generated by the model for model training, continuously adjusting and optimizing the model. If you do not wish your input or provided information to be used for model training and optimization, you may contact us through the contact information set out in Section 9 of this Privacy Policy to request withdrawal of the use of your data for model training and optimization.

(c) When you actively take photos or input images or voice, we will request your authorization for the camera, photo album, and microphone permissions respectively according to the type of information you input. If you refuse authorization, you will be unable to take photos or input image and voice information, but this will not affect your use of other Nutriday AI functions.

(d) We need to recognize your facial image and process certain facial feature information to detect your skin condition. We will keep this personal information strictly confidential and will not upload or share it with any third party.

(e) When we identify that your input question may be related to your location, and with your authorization, we will collect location information relevant to this service to provide you with accurate and relevant content and information. Location information includes precise location information from GPS sensors, WLAN access points, Bluetooth, and base stations, as well as approximate location information obtained from network location information (such as base stations, IP addresses, and WLAN). Precise location information is sensitive personal information. If you refuse to authorize location permission, the positioning accuracy will be affected, but other functions and services will not be affected; we will only show you possibly relevant content or services based on approximate location information.

1.3 Intelligent Search

When we identify that you may have a search intention, we will collect and analyze the information you actively input (including text or voice) to automatically provide real-time search results. Some search results may be related to your location; to display such results, we will collect your location information.

1.4 User Feedback and Service

(a) Customer service and issues: to facilitate contacting you and helping you resolve problems promptly or to record the handling plan and results of related issues, we may retain your communication/call records and related content with us (including account information, feedback, other information you provide to prove relevant facts, or the contact information you leave).

(b) When you complain about others or are complained about by others, to protect the legitimate rights and interests of you and others, we may provide your account/identity information, contact information, and complaint-related content to consumer rights protection departments and regulatory authorities so as to resolve complaints and disputes in a timely manner, except where laws and regulations explicitly prohibit such provision.

(c) Questionnaires: for reasonable needs of providing and improving service quality, we may send questionnaires to you on Nutriday AI or cooperation platforms. When analyzing questionnaires, we will use your questionnaire response information and other information you provide when contacting customer service; if you do not wish to, you may refuse to participate in questionnaires.

1.5 Personalized Recommendation

(a) To recommend more relevant input instructions and chatbots and provide services that better meet your requirements, we will provide you with personalized recommendation services.

(b) To provide the above personalized services, we may collect and use the input information when you use the product (including conversation content and search text) and behavioral information (including records of your clicks, searches, browsing, and sharing when accessing/using the product), as well as other information collected from this product with your authorization or provided by other partners. We will automatically analyze and compute the above information to predict your preference characteristics and provide personalized recommendation content and services based on the calculation results.

1.6 Message Notifications

You acknowledge and agree that during our operation we may send one or more types of notifications to you through the contact information you provide when using the product and/or services (for example, user experience research). Please rest assured that if you do not wish to receive such information, you may unsubscribe through the method provided in the SMS.

1.7 Operation and Security

1.7.1 Operation and security assurance: We are committed to providing you with a safe and trustworthy product and usage environment; providing high-quality and reliable services and information is our core goal. To maintain the normal operation of our services and protect your or other users' or the public's legitimate interests from loss, we will collect necessary information to maintain the safe and stable operation of the product or service.

1.7.2 Device information and log information: (a) To safeguard the secure operation of the software and services and the quality and efficiency of operation, we will collect your hardware model, operating system version, device identifiers (such as Android ID, OAID, IMSI, SIM card information such as ICCID, GAID on Android; IDFV, IDFA on iOS; different identifiers differ in validity period, whether they can be reset by the user, and how they are obtained), network device hardware address (device MAC address), IP address, WLAN access points (such as SSID, BSSID), Bluetooth, base stations, software version number, network access method, type, status, network quality data, operations, usage, service logs, and device sensor data (such as accelerometer). (b) To prevent malicious programs and ensure operational quality and efficiency, we will collect running process information, overall page operation, usage and frequency, page crashes, overall usage, and performance data.

1.8 Change of Purpose of Collection and Use

Please understand that as our business develops, the functions and services provided by Nutriday AI may be adjusted. In principle, when a new function or service is related to the functions or services we currently provide, the personal information collected and used will have a direct or reasonable connection with the original processing purpose. In scenarios without a direct or reasonable connection with the original processing purpose, we will again inform you and obtain your consent in accordance with laws and regulations and national standards through page prompts, interactive processes, and agreement confirmations.

1.9 Exceptions to Obtaining Authorization and Consent

Please understand that in the following circumstances, according to laws, regulations, and relevant national standards, we may collect and use your personal information without first obtaining your authorization and consent:

(a) where related to the performance of our obligations under laws and regulations; (b) directly related to national security or national defense security; (c) directly related to public security, public health, or significant public interests; (d) directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and judgment enforcement; (e) where it is necessary to maintain your or others' life, property, or other significant legitimate rights and interests but it is difficult to obtain your authorization; (f) personal information you voluntarily disclose to the public; (g) necessary for entering into and performing a contract at your request; (h) personal information collected from legally publicly disclosed information, such as lawful news reports and government information disclosure; (i) necessary to maintain the safe and stable operation of the software and related services, such as discovering and handling faults; (j) necessary for lawful news reporting; (k) necessary for academic research institutions to conduct statistics or academic research based on public interest, and where the personal information in the results is de-identified when the results are provided externally; (l) other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

Special reminder: if information cannot identify your personal identity alone or in combination with other information, it is not personal information in the legal sense; when your information can identify your personal identity alone or in combination with other information, or when we combine data that cannot be linked to any specific personal information with other personal information, such information will be processed and protected as your personal information under this Privacy Policy during the combination period.

2. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookie and device information identifier technologies are commonly used technologies on the Internet. When you use Nutriday AI and its related services, we may use related technologies to send one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device to collect, identify, and store information about your access to and use of this product. 3. Partners, Transfer, and Disclosure of Personal Information

3.1 Partners Involved in Data Use

3.1.1 Principles: (a) Legality principle: data use activities involving partners must have a legitimate purpose and meet statutory legal bases. If a partner's use of information no longer meets the legality principle, it should not continue to use your personal information, or should use it again after obtaining a corresponding legal basis. (b) Proper and minimum necessary principle: data use must have a proper purpose and be limited to what is necessary to achieve the purpose. (c) Security prudence principle: we will prudently evaluate the purpose for which partners use data, comprehensively evaluate their security assurance capabilities, and require them to comply with cooperation legal agreements.

3.1.3 Joint processing: For scenarios of joint processing of personal information, we will sign relevant agreements with partners according to law and agree on respective rights and obligations to ensure compliance with legal provisions and data security when using relevant personal information.

3.1.4 Scope of partners: If specific functions and scenarios involve services provided by our affiliates or third parties, the scope of partners includes our affiliates and third parties.

3.1.5 Data use to achieve functions or services: When you use functions provided by our partners in Nutriday AI, such as providing audio/video content in conversations, our partners may use information necessary to achieve business purposes to return more relevant content or query results to you.

3.1.6 Data use to achieve advertising and promotion business: (a) Advertising push and delivery: to achieve advertising and promotion and related analysis services and optimize and improve the effective reach of advertising and promotion, the following partners need to use de-identified or anonymized device, network, channel information, location, and tag information: advertisers/promoters, or partners providing advertising and promotion and related analysis services; partners providing advertising and promotion and related analysis services in cooperation with advertisers/promoters. (b) Statistical analysis: partners conducting advertising and promotion and providing related analysis services may need to use your device, network, click, browse, display, and conversion data of advertising and promotion for analysis, measurement, and improvement of the effectiveness of advertising and promotion services. (c) Partners' use of information: advertising and promotion partners may combine the above information with other data lawfully obtained by them to optimize advertising and promotion effectiveness; we will require them to use the information in accordance with the principles of legality, propriety, and necessity, and to safeguard users' legitimate rights from infringement.

3.1.7 Providing information to ensure security and analysis statistics: (a) Ensuring use security: we attach great importance to account, service, and content security. To protect the account and property security of you and other users and to prevent our legitimate rights and interests from illegal infringement, our partners may use necessary device, account, and log information. To ensure account security, when we identify that the mobile phone number used to log in to your account has a re-allocation risk, we will provide your mobile phone number and account registration time to the communication operator for re-number verification to protect your account security. (b) Analyzing product conditions: to analyze the usage and performance of our products, our partners may need to use the product usage (crashes, flashes), device identifier information, and overall application installation and usage information.

3.2 Transfer

As our business continues to develop, we may conduct mergers, acquisitions, and asset transfers, and your personal information may therefore be transferred. In the event of the foregoing changes, we will require the successor to continue to perform the obligations of personal information processor in accordance with laws and regulations and no less than the security standards set forth in this Privacy Policy. If the successor changes the original processing purpose and method, we will require the successor to re-obtain your authorization and consent.

3.3 Disclosure

(a) We will not disclose your personal information unless we follow national laws and regulations or obtain your consent. When we disclose your personal information, we will adopt security protection measures that meet industry standards. (b) When publishing penalties for violating accounts and fraudulent acts, we will disclose the information of the relevant accounts.

3.4 Legally Exempted Disclosure and Provision

Please understand that in the following circumstances, according to laws, regulations, and national standards, we may provide or disclose your personal information to partners without obtaining your authorization and consent: (a) necessary for entering into or performing a contract at your request; (b) necessary to perform statutory duties or obligations; (c) directly related to national security or national defense security; (d) directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and judgment enforcement; (e) necessary to respond to public health emergencies or to protect the life, health, and property safety of natural persons in emergencies; (f) processing personal information within a reasonable scope for news reporting and public opinion supervision for public interest; (g) processing your personal information that you voluntarily disclose or that has been otherwise lawfully disclosed according to relevant laws; (h) collecting personal information from lawfully publicly disclosed information; (i) other circumstances stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

4. How We Store Personal Information

4.1 Storage Location

In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, we store the personal information we collect and generate during the operation of Nutriday AI within the United States (the "Designated Region"). We may engage cloud service providers and other processors located in the United States to store and process such information on our behalf. If we transfer your personal information outside the United States, we will comply with applicable U.S. state privacy laws and implement appropriate safeguards.

4.2 Storage Period

We are committed to protecting your personal information security and retain your personal information only for the period necessary to provide Nutriday AI services, without retaining it beyond what is necessary. For example:

Mobile phone number: when you register and log in with your mobile phone number, we need to retain your mobile phone number continuously to provide you with normal services, respond to your possible inquiries and complaints, and protect your account and system security.

The information you input, feedback, likes, dislikes, and related information will be retained during the period you have not withdrawn, deleted, or cancelled your account, so as to provide you with continuous business functions.

If you cancel your account, actively delete personal information, or exceed the necessary period, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except in the following cases: compliance with laws and regulations on information retention; and reasonable extension of the period for financial, audit, dispute resolution, and other purposes.

5. How We Protect the Security of Personal Information

5.1 We attach great importance to the security of your personal information and will strive to take reasonable security measures (including technical and managerial) to protect your personal information and prevent the personal information you provide from being improperly used or accessed, publicly disclosed, used, modified, damaged, lost, or leaked without authorization.

5.2 We will use encryption technologies, anonymization, and other reasonable and feasible means not lower than industry standards to protect your personal information, and use security protection mechanisms to prevent your personal information from malicious attacks.

5.3 We will establish a dedicated security department, security management system, and data security process to protect your personal information security. We adopt strict data use and access systems to ensure that only authorized personnel can access your personal information, and conduct security audits of data and technology in a timely manner.

5.4 Although we have taken the above reasonable and effective measures and complied with the standards required by relevant laws and regulations, please understand that due to technical limitations and various possible malicious means, in the Internet industry, even if we do our best to strengthen security measures, we cannot always guarantee 100% information security, and we will try our best to ensure the security of the personal information you provide to us.

5.5 You acknowledge and understand that the system and communication network you use to access our services may have problems due to factors beyond our control. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take active measures to protect the security of your personal information, including but not limited to using complex passwords, regularly changing passwords, and not disclosing your account password and related personal information to others.

5.6 We will formulate an emergency response plan and immediately activate it when a user information security incident occurs, striving to prevent the impact and consequences of such security incidents from expanding. Once a user information security incident (leakage, loss) occurs, we will promptly inform you in accordance with laws and regulations: the basic situation of the security incident and possible impact, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to prevent and reduce risks independently, and remedies for you. We will promptly inform you of the incident through push notifications, email, letter, SMS, and related forms; when it is difficult to inform each individually, we will announce it in a reasonable and effective manner. 5.7 Once you leave Nutriday AI and its related services and browse or use other websites, services, and content resources, we will have no ability or direct obligation to protect any personal information you submit on software or websites other than Nutriday AI and its related services, whether you log in, browse, or use the above software or websites based on links or guidance from Nutriday AI.

6. Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Information

We highly value your management of personal information and do our best to protect your rights to access, copy, correct, supplement, delete, withdraw consent, cancel your account, complain and report, and set privacy functions, so that you have the ability to protect your privacy and information security.

6.1 Changing or Withdrawing the Scope of Authorization

You may turn off microphone, photo album (storage), and Bluetooth permissions in your device's operating system to change the scope of consent or withdraw your authorization. Specifically, you may operate as follows:

Android: System Settings - Application Settings - Application Management - search or find Nutriday AI - Permission Management - select the corresponding permission - turn off.

iOS: System Settings - Nutriday AI - select the corresponding permission - turn off.

Please note that the specific method of turning off may vary depending on your device model and system version. Please understand that after you perform the above operations, we will not be able to continue to provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawn consent or authorization, and we will no longer collect information related to these permissions, but this will not affect the personal information processing previously carried out based on your authorization.

6.2 Accessing, Copying, Correcting, Supplementing, and Deleting Your Personal Information

You may access, copy, correct, supplement, or delete your personal information in the following ways: (a) Access/correct/supplement account information: click the avatar account area to operate. (b) Access/copy/delete historical conversations: click the dialog box - click a single conversation - delete. If you cannot complete the operation through the above methods, you may contact us at privacy@futureaicorp.com.

6.3 Cancelling Your Account

You may cancel your account in "Me" - "Cancel Account." Before cancelling your account, we will verify your personal identity, security status, device information, etc. You acknowledge and understand that cancelling your account is an irreversible act; after you cancel your account, we will delete or anonymize the relevant information about you, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

6.4 Feedback and Complaints

You may provide feedback and complaints or reports in accordance with our published system. If you or other entitled subjects have any claims, requirements, or questions about the exercise of personal information rights granted by relevant laws and regulations, or if you have any opinions or believe that your personal information rights may be infringed, or find clues of infringement of personal information rights, you may contact us at privacy@futureaicorp.com. You have the right to limit our use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the service.

(f) Right to Non-Discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

(g) Authorized Agent: you may submit requests through an authorized agent with proof of authorization.

We will respond to verified requests within forty-five (45) days, extendable by an additional forty-five (45) days where necessary, and will inform you of the reason for any extension.

6.6 Accessing this Privacy Policy

Regarding the Privacy Policy, you may access it in Nutriday AI App under "Me - Other Settings - Privacy Policy."

6.7 Cessation of Operation and Notification

If we cease operation, we will promptly stop collecting your personal information, notify you of the cessation in the form of individual delivery or announcement, and delete or anonymize the personal information we hold.

7. Children's and Minors' Provisions

We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information.

7.1 If you are a minor under the age of 18, before using this product and its related services, you should read and agree to this Privacy Policy together with your parents or other guardians under their guardianship and guidance.

7.2 If you are a child under the age of 13 ("Child," with the age threshold determined by the laws of your state of residence), before using Nutriday AI and its related services, you need to obtain the consent of your guardian.

7.3 If you are the guardian of a minor under the age of 13, before using Nutriday AI and its related services, you should read and agree to this Privacy Policy for your ward.
